Excellent translation, useful commentary
Good product.
I have read many translations of Imam an Nawawi's 40 hadith, but this offers the most condensed and detailed explanation of each hadith that I have seen. It is just an edge over Umm Muhammad's masterpiece and it is like have an abridged version of Zarabozo's very detailed commentary.
